(1) There are many types of template profiles, with complex shapes and large size variations. The required accuracy in size and shape is ultra-high, requiring a special structure of the mold to ensure the profile is formed and achieve high precision. Moreover, it is necessary to ensure that the mold has sufficient strength, without deformation, cracking, or collapse, and to ensure a long service life.
(5) Template profiles require a smooth surface, high dimensional and positional accuracy. Therefore, it is necessary to use high-quality mold steel and strict mold heat treatment processes, and all machining must implement CNC process regulations in order to obtain high-quality molds with high strength, high toughness, high precision, and low surface roughness.
