LED panel light frame structure and its characteristics
LED panel light is a high-end indoor lighting fixture, whose outer frame is made of aluminum alloy anodized, and the light source is LED. The entire lighting design is beautiful and simple, luxurious and atmospheric, which not only has good lighting effect but also brings beauty to people. The LED panel light has a unique design, and the light passes through the high transmittance of the light guide plate to form a uniform flat luminous effect. The illumination uniformity is good, and the light is soft, comfortable, and bright, which can effectively alleviate eye fatigue.
LED panel light structure
1. Rear cover plate of LED panel light
This rear cover plate is mainly used for sealing the lamp body and is made of metal aluminum material. Visually, it has a strong overall texture, and because it is made of aluminum, it can also play a role in heat dissipation.
2. LED light source used for LED panel lights
Many LED panel light manufacturers basically use SMD3528 for LED light sources.
3. Frame: The strength of the frame affects its durability. The frame is an important part of the panel light, and a high strength frame can make the panel light more durable. The frame of LED panel lights uses different materials, and their heat dissipation performance also varies.
4. Diffusion plate: Different materials have different light transmittance. The function of a diffusion plate is to evenly disperse the light refracted from the light guide plate, and it can also blur the dots. The materials used for diffusion plates mainly include acrylic, PC, PS, etc.
It is understood that the light transmittance of acrylic material is 92%, that of PC is 88%, and that of PS is about 80%. The light transmittance of acrylic material is higher than that of PC, and the cost is lower, but its anti-aging performance is weak; PC materials are expensive, but have strong anti-aging performance.
5. Light guide plate: The plate has a significant impact on the light efficiency. The function of the light guide plate is to refract light rays parallel to the direction of the transparent plate into light rays perpendicular to the direction of the transparent plate. The light guide plate is then refracted to the back of the panel lamp by reflective paper and reflected back. In this process, it is also necessary to minimize light attenuation as much as possible. Generally speaking, the light efficiency of the light guide plate largely depends on the design of the scattering network, followed by the selection of the plate.
6. Power supply: The constant current power supply mode has high efficiency. Luminaires usually use two driving power supply modes. One is the constant current power supply with overvoltage protection only equipped with a current control loop. This mode has high efficiency, with a PF value of up to 0.95, and high cost-effectiveness; Another type is a voltage limiting constant current power supply with two control loops, current and voltage, which has stable performance,
7. Reflective paper for LED panel lights
In the components of LED panel lights, reflective paper is mainly used to reflect the back of the light guide plate. Its importance is also a part of high-quality LED panel lights, which cannot be ignored.
